It didn't take too long for us to kill off Morchok, Zon'ozz and Hagara on heroic.
Almost halfway there for the final goal!
Hagara the Stormbinder didn't last for longer than half a raid night.
Heroic:Hagara

Warlord Zon'ozz on the other hand took nearly 3 nights to kill, pretty well thought encounter and one that puts a lot of strain on the healing team. Proper Heroic Leap from Killspree and
Heroic:Zon'ozz

Last but not least(not really), Morchok and his twin brother Kohcrom, serve as an introduction both in order as well as in difficulty for Dragon Soul raid encounters.
Heroic:Morchok

Stay tuned for further updates in a week's time!
In the meantime, our Dragon Soul movie project is progressing reasonably well and should be up on youtube real soon for your viewing pleasure.
If you are a Rogue, a Holy Paladin or a Warlock, our recruitment team is eagerly awaiting to hear from you!
Heroic:Ragnaros is dead.
Heroic:Ragnaros

The kill took 20 raiding nights over the course of the past 7 weeks and a grand total ~230 tries
to accomplish. The amount of effort, team-work, tactics, forum work, frustration and min/max'ing involved was unparalleled and can only be compared by going back to our heroic Lich King raiding. Props' to everyone for stickying together through those rough wipe nights, united we prevail. Big shoutout to the guys that were always online but couldn't actually get to raid due to the stupid setup restrictions of the fight. Defiance, Vj and all the healing squad! Last but not least, i will leave Aranu who just had to go on vacations to Spain and hence missing out on the first kill even though he was here through out the progress.

P.S. I Congrats to Meriam for completing the 4th Dragonwrath in the guild!
P.S. II The kill video is currently being edited so keep tabs on our youtube account.
P.S. III An interview with the officers' squad should be up some time in the next week, revealing much about our PoV on Heroic:Ragnaros, thoughts on 4.3 Dragon Soul raid and discussing recruitment needs and career opportunities in Genesis.
Ascendants Council

If you haven't been in the progress curve of this boss, you just cant claim to have a clue about what RNG is. By far the worse design, as far as raiding content goes, in this tier. We will all be a happy bunch of puppies if Blizzard never designs such a boss again, ever. Other than that we are most excited to announce that we cleared the Tier 11 raiding content on the cutting edge of progress as far as 3 days(& we actually mean 3 days, not 4 to 5 days -occasional offdays- *cough*) raiding guilds go. Our recruitment status will be updated with Firelands status in the next few hours. Last but not least, the videos for all our 3 latest kills should be up this week, with multiple PoV's included.

Quite possibly the peak of Genesis' learning curve to date, Al'Akir died in 19 heroic pulls on a single Wednesday's raid. Big props to the crew that showed up prepared & eager to nail the kill. For a guild that has killed Al'Akir only twice on normal mode & that was 3 months ago, i must say that we are most satisfied with our performance on it. Only one boss left to clear the content, Ascendants Council is next.

Sinestra really is a proper end boss encounter. The fight pushes the players over the edge in terms of playing ability & making the most out of each GCD. It also took us quite a while to figure out which tactic works for us, because in contrast to most other encounters, there really are a lot of different ways to execute this one. A very satisfying kill all in all, looking forward to clearing the remaining content.

The video of the encounter is currently being edited & will be added soon.
